The surface light of the stainless steel tube is divided into internal light and external light. The external light is to cut the surface with different coarse-grained flax distribution wheels to obtain a smooth surface. The internal light is to use a plastic grinding head to reciprocate or selectively move inside the stainless steel tube to cut the interior of the stainless steel tube.

There are four common stainless steel pipe polishing methods:

1. Oil grinding wire drawing:

The stainless steel pipe can show the perfect decorative effect through oil grinding and wire drawing. It has been widely used in various home decoration industries, and there are usually hot-rolled oil plants and cold-rolled oil plants in the market, with similar effects. In addition, oil grinding and drawing are also characterized by long and short filaments. Elevator trim is generally made of filament, and similar to small household appliances, there are two options.

2. Dry grinding and drawing:

The most common wire drawing includes filament and short wire, and the general stainless steel pipe will show a certain decorative effect after this surface treatment. Usually stainless steel pipes can form a good effect after one frosting. Dry grinding and wire drawing processing equipment is relatively cheap, simple to operate, and low cost, making it an essential equipment for machining centers.

3. 8K surface treatment:

Generally speaking, the mirror effect can be achieved by 8K grinding process. At present, the 8K grinding process has low cost and is widely used.

4. Titanium surface treatment:

The surface of titanium is relatively high-end, so the decorative effect will be more gorgeous. It is widely used in the decoration of building materials.
